What are electronic waste?

Electrical and electronic devices are products that are present in virtually all of our daily lives and are made up of a combination of parts or elements that require electrical current or electromagnetic fields to function and perform a number of specific jobs and functions.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) are complex for proper management, because they include a wide variety of devices used both in the field of mass consumption (homes, companies and institutions) and industry.
